Cover Reveal: The Heir by Kiera Cass

Hi guys!

For those of you who are book lovers I thought I would share the amazing cover art for the new book The Heir by Kiera Cass. This is the sequel to the hugely popular Selection series, and it will be released May 5th, 2015 by HarperTeen. I absolutely cannot wait to read this book because I really enjoyed the others. Without further ado here it is.

The-Heir_612x925In August, fans of Kiera Cass’ best-selling Selection trilogy got some pretty awesome news: the trilogy will be a trilogy no more. Two new full-length books are on the way, starting with The Heir due out May 5. (The fifth book doesn’t have a title or release date yet.) Now, EW has an exclusive first look at the cover, and below, you can watch a behind-the-scenes look at how it was made here.

Here’s the official description for The Heir: “Twenty years ago, America Singer entered the Selection and won Prince Maxon’s heart. Now the time has come for Princess Eadlyn to hold a Selection of her own. Eadlyn doesn’t expect her Selection to be anything like her parents’ fairy-tale love story. But as the competition begins, she may discover that finding her own happily ever after isn’t as impossible as she always thought.”

Isn’t this a beautiful cover? Everytime a new Kiera Cass book/novella comes out I think to myself this has to be the most beautiful cover of all her books, and then another comes out and beats it. What do we know from this cover/description? Well clearly the Heir was a girl who they have named Eadlyn. The tagline is “35 suitors. 1 princess. A new selection has begun.” So clearly she will be having a selection of her own. I think it will be interesting this time with male suitors. I wonder if we will get more novellas from the male points of view. Will you be picking up this book when it comes out in May?? I know I will be pre-ordering this one!
